Job Description

As an SEO & SEM Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing our online presence. You will develop and implement effective SEO strategies, optimising our website and content to improve search engine rankings, thus driving more organic traffic. Additionally, you will manage our paid search campaigns to maximise ROI and ensure we reach our target audience effectively.

Responsibilities

• Optimise website content and architecture for search engines.
• Manage budgets for PPC advertising and report on ROI.
• Create and optimise landing pages for conversion maximisation.
• Monitor and report on competitor SEO activities.
• Utilise SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs for analysis.
• Conduct A/B testing for effective marketing campaigns.
• Develop strategies to increase organic search traffic.
• Work closely with web developers to implement SEO technical fixes.
• Train and mentor junior marketing team members in SEO best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience

• 4-5 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing
