Job Description

As a Data Integration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing data integration projects. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless data operations, optimising data processes, and leading a team dedicated to delivering high-quality data solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data architecture, ETL processes, and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic plans for data integration based on industry trends and innovations.
  • Coordinate with data architects to establish integration frameworks.
  • Regularly review and refine data cleanliness and accuracy metrics.
  • Foster a collaborative culture within the data team and across departments.
  • Assist in the recruitment and development of data integration specialists.
  • Be a champion for data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
  • Document and communicate integration policies and procedures.
  • Maintain knowledge of best practices in data integration technology.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Data Science or similar is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in data management roles
Technical Skills
  • Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Data Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Big Data Technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
Soft Skills

Certifications
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
