Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Boilermaking Supervisor to lead our skilled team in addressing production efficiency and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a robust knowledge of boilermaking operations and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production meetings to align team goals with project outcomes.
• Ensure that all equipment and tools are maintained and in compliance with safety standards.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in the development of production budgets and monitor ongoing expenses.
• Conduct regular safety audits and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
• Support the quality assurance team in addressing non-conformance issues.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Develop training programs for new team members.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials.
• Report to management on production metrics and team performance.
