Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in IT management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in service management roles

Technical Skills

• ITIL Certification
• ServiceNow or similar platforms

Certifications

• ITIL Intermediate or Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

Languages

• English: Fluent
