Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Shoe Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will operate shank staplers and assist in the assembly of various footwear products, ensuring that all safety and quality standards are adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Utilise machinery effectively to produce top-notch footwear components.
• Support assembly processes by coordinating with team members.
• Adhere to strict safety and quality protocols to ensure product reliability.
• Participate in regular team meetings to report on production progress.
• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the machine workspace.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.

Education

Experience

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments is advantageous.
