Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our client accounts and maintain accurate financial records. The successful candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing, while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage bookkeeping transactions and maintain ledgers.
  • Assist in preparation of VAT returns and submissions.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
  • Stay updated with the latest accounting regulations and practices.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients on their bookkeeping queries.
  • Monitor cash flows and manage bank transactions.

Requirements

Education
  • AAT Level 4 or higher in Accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience in a similar role

Certifications
  • ACCA certification (or similar)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
