Job Description

As a Real Estate Officer, you will be responsible for managing diverse real estate activities including property acquisition, leasing, and property valuations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the real estate industry, complemented by excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of property lease negotiations and ensure all terms are met.
  • Provide insights on property market trends to guide strategic decisions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management or Business
  • Master's degree in related fields is preferred.
Experience
