Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Embosser to operate and maintain embossing machines, creating raised designs on various materials. Attention to detail and a solid understanding of embossing techniques are crucial for this role.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the embossing machines according to specifications.
• Review job specifications to ensure correct embossing patterns.
• Load and unload materials onto the machines.
• Monitor production processes and adjust as necessary.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and perform machine maintenance.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production targets.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Assist in the training of new staff members on embossing techniques.
• Record production data and report on outputs.

Requirements

Education

• Experience working with different embossing techniques and materials is an advantage.

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, especially with embossing machines, is preferred.
