We are seeking a dynamic Ceramic Research Engineer to join our innovative team. Responsibilities

• Optimise formulations to ensure best performance standards.
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance product development.
• Document findings and prepare comprehensive technical reports.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Supervise and train new staff in laboratory procedures.
• Manage project budgets, keeping them aligned with financial expectations.
• Communicate findings with stakeholders and present at internal meetings.
• Regularly update management about project progress and challenges.
• Develop collaborations with academic institutions for research projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Ceramic Engineering or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Materials Science is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in ceramic R&D roles.
