We are seeking skilled Textile Winding, Twisting, and Drawing Out Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our Birmingham team. The ideal candidates will operate complex machinery, monitor production, and maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Control the operation of various textile machines and ensure efficient production.
• Conduct quality assurance tests on products to maintain high standards.
• Maintain detailed logs of production volumes and machine performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with the production manager to enhance machine efficiency.
• Identify areas for improvement in the production process.
• Train junior operators on machine functionality and safety protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Training or certification in textile manufacturing preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in operating textile machinery

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
