Responsibilities

• Evaluate current fiber optic systems for enhancements.
• Create and maintain records of all installations and services.

• Perform quality control checks on installation work.
• Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for projects.
• Work on improving existing procedures and workflows.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or a relevant field
• Relevant certifications in fiber optics are beneficial

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector focusing on fiber optics
