Job Description

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Birmingham team. This role involves analysing complex datasets, translating data into meaningful insights, and supporting decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in statistical tools, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain dashboards to track business performance metrics.
• Work with data engineers to ensure data warehouse is reliable and comprehensive.
• Implement best practices for data quality and governance.
• Identify inefficiencies in data processes and recommend improvements.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns.
• Collaborate with IT on data system upgrades and changes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
• Master's degree in Data Analytics or similar is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a data analysis role
