Process Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Process Engineer to enhance our manufacturing processes in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and be proficient in Lean and Six Sigma practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to identify potential areas for improvement.
• Implement best practices for safety and efficiency within the manufacturing environment.
• Run workshops to promote a culture of continuous improvement across departments.
• Collaborate closely with the quality assurance team to ensure process compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
• Professional certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering roles with a focus on process optimisation
