Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and managing kitchen operations, contributing to our mission of providing outstanding food service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily kitchen operations and lead meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food is prepared to the highest standards.
  • Implement training programs for kitchen staff to enhance skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and supply orders.
  • Conduct regular inspections of food and equipment safety.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus.
  • Respond promptly to customer feedback and concerns.
  • Supervise the execution of food service during events and functions.
  • Ensure that all kitchen activities comply with health standards.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting for kitchen operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Culinary Arts Degree or equivalent.
Experience
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
