Coil Inspector

Job Description

As a Coil Inspector, your primary responsibility will be to examine and assess the quality of coils used in manufacturing. You will ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications, playing a crucial role in maintaining product integrity.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections of coils to identify defects.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
• Work closely with production teams to resolve quality concerns.
• Implement non-destructive testing methods to assess product quality.
• Ensure all inspection practices meet health and safety guidelines.
• Provide regular feedback to the quality control team.
• Suggest improvements to enhance quality standards.
• Play an active role in quality control audits.
• Support the training of new inspectors on quality procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Relevant vocational training or certification in Quality Control

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or inspection role.

Technical Skills

• Inspection tools proficiency
• Non-destructive testing

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Organization

Certifications

• Certified Quality Inspector (CQI)
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
