Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Meters Superintendent to oversee all metering operations within our organisation. The successful candidate will manage, coordinate, and supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of meters across various locations. This role demands strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of metering systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead metering operations, ensuring all activities comply with safety and industry standards.
  • Oversee the training and development of metering technicians.
  • Implement new technologies to improve efficiency in metering processes.
  • Conduct regular audits of metering data to ensure reliability and integrity.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support energy management initiatives.
  • Provide reports on metering performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage with stakeholders to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and approve vendor contracts related to metering services.
  • Work closely with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Energy Management or related field preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of management experience in metering operations
