• Enhance product quality by adhering to industry standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
• Master's degree in Fashion Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in high fashion design preferred

Technical Skills

• Fashion illustration and draping
• Textile design and development

Soft Skills

• Strong negotiation skills
• Team leadership

Certifications

• Certified Fashion Designer (CFD)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in luxury fashion branding: Experience in creating high-end fashion products and branding strategies.
• Proficiency in fashion software (CLO, Lectra): Ability to use industry-standard software for design and pattern making.
