Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Writer to join our expanding team in Bristol. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining clear and concise technical documentation, user manuals, and other written materials that support our development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong flair for writing, an understanding of technical concepts, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers and product managers.

Responsibilities

  • Write and update technical documentation that reflects product updates and changes.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure documentation is timely and effective.
  • Implement feedback loops to improve documentation quality continuously.
  • Create diagrams and illustrations to support written documentation.
  • Develop training materials and assist in training sessions as necessary.
  • Contribute to team meetings to provide input on documentation strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years in technical writing combined with software development knowledge
