Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to enhance our online presence and drive sales growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the E-commerce strategy, managing product listings, and optimising the user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage E-commerce campaigns to boost sales and brand awareness.
  • Utilise analytics tools to track and report on performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in E-commerce.
  • Coordinate with marketing to align E-commerce initiatives with promotional strategies.
  • Manage customer service processes to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide training and support to team members on E-commerce tools and platforms.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
  • MBA preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in E-commerce, with a focus on digital marketing strategies
