We are looking for a skilled Solar Installer Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels and related equipment for both residential and commercial projects.

• Setup a range of solar panel systems for diverse client needs.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards during installations.
• Support clients in understanding the functionality of their solar systems.
• Conduct training for junior technicians on best practices and safety.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process.
• Work collaboratively with engineers and other technical staff.
• Monitor energy generation and system performance for installed panels.

• Relevant technical qualification in electrical or renewable energy field
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installation is preferred
• Electrical Systems Knowledge In-depth understanding of electrical systems and wiring principles.
• Solar Panel Installation Expertise in solar panel installation processes and safety requirements.
• Problem-solving Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues.
• Team Collaboration Proven experience in working effectively as part of a team.
• Electrical Technician Certification
• Health and Safety Certification
• English (Fluent)

• Knowledge of Local Regulations: Understanding of local building codes and compliance standards.
• Experience in Customer Service: Experience in interacting with clients to support service excellence.
