Job Description

We are currently seeking a Technical Documentation Coordinator to join our team in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving technical documentation, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to ensure clarity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the documentation lifecycle from planning through to delivery.
  • Create graphics and illustrations to supplement technical documentation.
  • Participate in user testing to validate the usability of documentation.
  • Maintain consistency in style, formatting, and terminology within documents.
  • Conduct regular audits of existing documentation to ensure relevance.
  • Liaise with customer support to identify documentation improvements based on user feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Technical Writing Certification is a plus

  • 3+ years in technical documentation or related fields
