Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cardiff. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with developers to identify any issues before our products reach our customers.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand project specifications and requirements.
• Create and execute comprehensive test cases across various platforms.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team.
• Mentor junior QA testers and share best practices.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback collection.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing

Technical Skills

• Performance Testing
• Mobile Testing

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Communication

Certifications

• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile teams to enhance product delivery.
• Experience in automated UI testing: Expertise in using tools for automated user interface testing.
