We're looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing initiatives in Leeds. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, analysing performance metrics, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the success of our marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital marketing campaigns from inception to execution.
• Optimise website content for SEO best practices.
• Create and schedule engaging social media content.
• Use analytics tools to gauge campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Perform competitor analysis to uncover market gaps.
• Collaborate with creative teams for content production.
• Manage and execute email marketing strategies.
• Develop and manage paid media campaigns.
• Provide insights to improve overall digital marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Master's degree in Digital Marketing preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
