Job Description

We are seeking skilled Plating Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to operate and maintain our state-of-the-art equipment. The ideal candidates will ensure high-quality production standards while adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery for production runs and make necessary adjustments.
• Conduct routine inspections on equipment for safety and quality.
• Implement corrective actions for any defects or non-compliance issues.
• Maintain operational logs and reports for management review.
• Ensure all health and safety policies are followed diligently.
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to uphold standards.
• Provide feedback to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience operating relevant machinery

Technical Skills

• Machine Operation
• Analytical skills

Certifications

• Health and Safety qualification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift operation: Certification in forklift operation is a plus.
• Experience with other manufacturing equipment: Ability to operate additional machinery such as CNC or injection molding equipment.
