Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the restaurant team to ensure exceptional service delivery.

  • Ensure the restaurant meets its sales targets and improves profitability.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure communication and staff engagement.
  • Ensure the restaurant's cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
  • Participate in community events to promote the restaurant and engage with customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies.
  • Implement training programs focused on customer service excellence.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve restaurant processes and efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • Relevant certifications in restaurant management are advantageous
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role
