Job Description
We are seeking a talented Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team. The role involves identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise operational efficiency and increase productivity.
Responsibilities
Analyse data to identify areas for process improvement within the manufacturing operation.
Lead continuous improvement projects to optimise efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
Implement lean methodologies and techniques to streamline processes.
Initiate training sessions for teams on lean practices and methodologies.
Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
Facilitate workshops to gather feedback from stakeholders on process efficiencies.
Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Assist in the development of project scopes for continuous improvement initiatives.
Launch initiatives to foster a proactive and performance-oriented culture.
Engage with suppliers to ensure a continuous improvement mindset is implemented throughout the supply chain.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in continuous improvement or process optimisation roles
