Job Description

We are seeking a talented Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team. The role involves identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise operational efficiency and increase productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse data to identify areas for process improvement within the manufacturing operation.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to optimise efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
  • Implement lean methodologies and techniques to streamline processes.
  • Initiate training sessions for teams on lean practices and methodologies.
  • Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather feedback from stakeholders on process efficiencies.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Assist in the development of project scopes for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Launch initiatives to foster a proactive and performance-oriented culture.
  • Engage with suppliers to ensure a continuous improvement mindset is implemented throughout the supply chain.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in continuous improvement or process optimisation roles
