As a Set Builder, you will play a crucial role in constructing and assembling sets for various productions, ensuring that every detail aligns with the creative vision of our directors and designers. Responsibilities

• Construct and install sets based on designs.
• Oversee the set-building crew to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Implement safety protocols during construction.
• Participate in rehearsals to make necessary adjustments to the sets.
• Contribute creative ideas for set design and improvements.
• Manage tool inventory and ensure proper maintenance.
• Coordinate with other departments for set requirements.
• Assist in the design of modular sets for efficient transport and assembly.

Requirements

Education

• A relevant vocational qualification in construction or design is preferred.

Experience

• Experience in theatre or film set construction is an advantage.
