Job Description

Seeking an enthusiastic Quilting Supervisor to lead our quilting department. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, enforce quality standards, and liaise with other production teams. Candidates should have a solid background in quilting techniques and a knack for team management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the quilting team.
• Review and optimise workflow for maximum efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analyses on defects and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain training materials for new hires.
• Work with health and safety officers to uphold safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Science or related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant field with supervisory responsibilities.
