Job Description

We're on the lookout for a skilled Crystal Grinder to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for grinding, shaping, and polishing crystals and other materials to precise specifications. This position requires a keen eye for detail, manual dexterity, and a solid understanding of various crystal types.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on finished products, ensuring they meet company standards.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Assist in training new employees in machine operation and production standards.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Continuously seek ways to improve production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in Manufacturing or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the crystal or gemstone industry
