Job Description

As a Project Manager in our Leeds office, you will lead projects from planning through execution. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, an ability to manage risks, and a focus on continuous improvement. Your contribution will be key to the success of our projects and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communications.
  • Develop and deliver project presentations to stakeholders.
  • Conduct project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure project compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment.
  • Utilise project management software to track and report on progress.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting project costs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or Business Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in project management or related fields
