Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Parts Salesperson to manage our parts inventory and assist customers in finding the right products for their vehicles. Candidates should have a strong understanding of automotive components and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts.
  • Process customer orders and coordinate deliveries or pickups efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock checks.
  • Comply with company policies and safety guidelines while handling parts.
  • Develop relationships with customers to create loyalty and repeat business.
  • Continuously update knowledge of automotive parts and their applications.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with marketing to inform customers about special offers on parts.
  • Assist in training new staff on parts management systems.
  • Participate in company meetings to discuss inventory levels and sales strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant qualifications in Automotive Technology is an advantage
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in parts sales or customer service
