Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lending operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their capabilities.
• Evaluate loan applications and approve loans based on company policies.
• Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained throughout the lending process.
• Identify process improvements that can enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Act as a point of contact for escalated customer issues and resolve them promptly.
• Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions for new staff.
• Review lending performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Participate in management meetings and contribute lending expertise.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and growth.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Professional qualification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a supervisory role in lending or banking
