Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive Account Manager in Birmingham. This role involves nurturing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving targets to drive success. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing accounts while building new client relationships.
  • Evaluate customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and anticipate needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
  • Work with marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and pipeline management.
