Job Description

As a Molding, Coremaking, and Casting Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will play a crucial role in producing moulded plastic parts. Your expertise will ensure that our machinery runs efficiently, producing quality products that meet industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute machine setup operations for various moulding processes.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Ensure raw materials are correctly loaded and handled.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow.
• Conduct routine checks and adjustments to ensure machine efficiency.
• Document any issues and report them to the Production Manager.
• Engage in safety audits and participate in safety training sessions.
• Assist in implementing lean manufacturing principles in the workspace.
• Communicate effectively with the production team to ensure alignment.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems swiftly.

Requirements

Education

• NVQ Level 2 in Performing Manufacturing Operations

Experience

• Experience with robotics and automation in injection moulding is an advantage.

• HSE Certificate in Health and Safety
