Methods Specialist Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Methods Specialist Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for implementing efficient methods and processes to optimize productivity and quality in our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects aimed at improving efficiency and quality within manufacturing processes.
• Document and present findings and recommendations to management.
• Develop and execute training programs for staff to implement new methods.
• Work with production staff to ensure adherence to established methods and processes.
• Support the introduction of new technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Additional certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering or manufacturing industry.
