Job Description
As an Oxidizer, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by ensuring the effective operation of oxidation equipment. Experience in this field is essential for success.
Responsibilities
Set up and prepare oxidation reactors for operation.
Control the oxidation reaction parameters for efficiency and safety.
Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment.
Document all processes and results for compliance and quality assurance.
Aid in troubleshooting and resolving equipment malfunctions.
Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure product standards.
Participate in training new staff on oxidation equipment.
Utilise data analysis tools to enhance process performance.
Assist in training for health and safety regulations related to oxidation.
Support cross-functional teams in project initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
Relevant certifications in industrial safety and process operations are preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in operating oxidation equipment and familiarity with manufacturing settings.
