The Floatman will manage and operate a variety of watercraft, including boats, kayaks, and paddleboards. You will ensure customer safety and satisfaction by providing quality instruction and assistance during their water activities.
Responsibilities
Oversee and operate various types of watercraft for customer use.
Deliver safety briefings and operational instructions to customers before their trips.
Monitor watercraft during use to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as necessary.
Maintain detailed logs of usage and repairs of watercraft to track performance and safety.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Experience with watercraft operation is preferred but not mandatory as training will be provided.
