Job Description
As a Shrouder, you will be pivotal in managing and maintaining shrouding operations. Your role will involve ensuring proper installation, removal, and maintenance of shrouding systems while coordinating with various teams to meet project deadlines.
Responsibilities
Ensure the effective operation of shrouding equipment and tools.
Monitor the quality of shrouds produced to meet client specifications.
Stay updated with the latest industry developments and techniques related to shrouding systems.
Assist in training new team members in shrouding techniques and safety practices.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Vocational training or certification in shrouding or related field (desirable)
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in shrouding or a similar role within the manufacturing/engineering industry.
