UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a talented UX Designer to join our Birmingham team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing user-centric solutions that enhance the overall user experience across our digital platforms. You will work closely with product managers and developers to ensure a seamless implementation of design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Translate user insights into compelling design solutions.
• Work with product management to define user stories and requirements.
• Create and maintain design documentation for projects.
• Promote user-centric design practices within the organisation.
• Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions.
• Assess new design tools and technologies for implementation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Completion of relevant UX design certification is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of proven experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• UX/UI Design Principles
• Front-end Development Knowledge

Soft Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with design systems: Knowledge of creating and maintaining design systems for scalability.
