We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our Sheffield team, where you will lead the design and development of mechanical systems. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience and a passion for engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify design challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for prototype development.
• Ensure quality control throughout the engineering processes.
• Manage timelines and budgets effectively.
• Conduct risk assessments to ensure project feasibility.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Master's degree or relevant experience is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in relevant fields

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Thermodynamics

• Communication Skills
• Analytical Thinking

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
