Job Description

As an Accounts Adjustable Clerk, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing our financial transactions. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with both accounts payable and receivable.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and reconciling accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
  • Processing and verifying payments and expenses to maintain cash flow.
  • Maintaining meticulous records of all transactions for auditing purposes.
  • Creating financial reports to track departmental budgets.
  • Assisting in the preparation of tax filings and financial audits.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement within the finance department.
  • Responding to queries from vendors and clients regarding payments.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Continuously updating financial knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles
