We are seeking a Grand Scribe to document and preserve important events and historical data. The ideal candidate should have a passion for history and culture, with proven skills in research and writing.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the creation of engaging content that appeals to a diverse audience.
  • Actively participate in strategy meetings for the content development team.
  • Cultivate relationships with historians and thought leaders to enrich the content pool.
  • Supervise freelance writers to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Review, proofread, and provide constructive feedback on all written material.
  • Maintain detailed records of historical sources and archives.
  • Contribute to grant writing efforts for funding preservation projects.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in History or a related field
  • Master’s Degree in History or Library Science preferred
  • Research skills Strong capability in researching historical documents and figures.
  • Archival Software Proficient in using archival software for maintaining historical records.
  • Content Management Systems Experience with CMS for organizing and publishing content online.
  • Attention to detail Meticulous in reviewing documents and historical details.
  • Communication Effective communicator with both written and verbal skills.
  • Team Collaboration Proven ability to work well in teams and manage projects.
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Grant Writing Experience: Experience in writing grant proposals for funding historical projects.
  • Specialization in a certain historical period: A strong background in a specific historical period or culture will be beneficial.
