We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist users in optimising their IT setup. Responsibilities

  • Respond to support requests and escalate where necessary.
  • Conduct regular checks of hardware and software performance.
  • Assist in inventory management and asset tracking of IT equipment.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.
  • Update and maintain IT support documentation and procedures.
  • Contribute to the improvement of support processes and user satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the IT team for system updates and upgrades.
  • Provide on-call support as required, including after-hours assistance.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant technical certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
