Financial Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for an Analytical Financial Analyst to help us make informed business decisions. You will be involved in financial forecasting, budgeting processes, and performance measurements, providing essential support to our finance team and management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical financial data and develop reports.
• Assist with developing financial plans and budgets.
• Monitor spending versus budget and forecast outcomes.
• Prepare presentations of financial results for stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis as needed.
• Support compliance with financial and accounting regulations.
• Assist in the preparation for external audits.
• Provide strategic support to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Master's degree in Finance is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial modelling or analysis

Technical Skills

• Financial Analysis Software
• Data Visualization Tools

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Team Collaboration

Certifications

• CIMA qualification is an advantage
• Financial Risk Manager (FRM) is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Sage or similar accounting software: Familiarity with accounting software for financial reporting.
• Experience with financial risk assessment: Additional experience in analysing financial risks.
