• Analyse and improve existing blockchain protocols and mechanisms.
• Conduct research and analysis on implementation of new blockchain technologies.
• Provide technical support and training to team members as required.
• Identify any potential risks and mitigate them as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in blockchain development
