Job Description

Join our dynamic IT department as an IT Support Technician. This position involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on IT equipment.
  • Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Support the procurement of IT equipment and supplies.
  • Assist in implementing IT policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support for company software and systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar
  • IT-related certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of proven IT support experience
