Interior Designer

Job Description

As an Interior Designer at Creative Spaces Ltd., you will be responsible for crafting stunning and functional interiors for our diverse clientele. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their vision, developing design concepts, and overseeing the implementation of your designs.

Responsibilities

• Draft and revise designs based on client feedback.
• Conduct research to ensure the inclusion of sustainable materials.
• Attend design meetings and provide input on team projects.
• Prepare and manage project documentation and contracts.
• Facilitate communication between clients and construction teams.
• Monitor project costs to ensure adherence to budget.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or equivalent
• Certification in Project Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in residential and commercial design

Technical Skills

• 3D Rendering Software
• Cost Estimation

Soft Skills

• Customer Service
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer (CKBD)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in furniture design: Ability to design custom furniture pieces to enhance interior aesthetics.
• Proficiency in color theory and application: Expertise in applying color theory to create harmonious spaces.
