Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Forest and Conservation Worker to join our team at Green Earth Initiative. The successful candidate will play a vital role in various conservation projects aimed at protecting and maintaining natural habitats. This position requires an enthusiasm for the environment and the ability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Ecologists and Wildlife Biologists on various projects.
  • Document findings and assist in the preparation of grants and funding applications.
  • Participate in data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of conservation strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Post-graduate degree preferred
Experience
  • Prior field experience in wildlife conservation or ecology is advantageous
Technical Skills
  • Ability to use field equipment and tools for conservation work
  • Data collection and analysis
Soft Skills
  • Problem-solving

Languages
  • English: Fluent
