Job Description
We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support to our users in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Respond to and manage incoming support requests to ensure timely resolution.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement system improvements.
Provide training and support to staff on new technologies.
Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
Assist in managing IT projects and initiatives.
Participate in maintaining a secure IT environment.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Relevant technical certifications are desirable
Experience
2+ years of experience in similar roles
