The Pigment Processor is responsible for preparing and processing pigments required for production. You will operate equipment, maintain quality standards, and ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
Responsibilities
Ensure pigments meet quality standards before use.
Keep accurate records of production and quality audits.
Work with team members to enhance processing strategies.
Assist in training new staff on pigment preparation techniques.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Participate in safety meetings and compliance checks.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical certification in pigment processing or related field (preferred)
Experience
Prior experience in pigment processing or a similar role (preferred)
